To make shopping easier, I want to provide you with some tips on how to shop online, as it can sometime be confusing and I want your experience to be as simple as possible.

So, let’s get started
Below are some tips to help you when placing an online order with me. When you click on the link to SHOP NOW, or SHOP 24/7 on my site www.canadianstamper.com, this will bring you to my online store.
You should see my picture and name in the upper left hand corner.
This ensures you are shopping with me. If you do not see my name, click on “Find a Demonstrator” and type in my name.
Go ahead and start shopping, adding your products to the cart as you go.
Tip
To making shopping easier, you can sort products by clicking on “Menu” in the top left corner and then “View All”. You will see a list appear down the left hand side of the page, listing products by categories. i.e. Punches. You can then filter products by catalogue, price, language etc. to make shopping faster and easier.
Checking Out
Once you have completed your shopping, click on the small shopping cart located on the top right hand corner. When checking out, you will have the option to check out as a guest or with your account.
If you don’t already have an existing account you can easily create an account before you check out. If you already have an account, then you can just sign in with your email and password. Don’t forget to click on “ADD HOST CODE” before closing our order.
Guest Checkout
If you check out as a guest, I will NOT have your name/address information
- I cannot send you a thank you card or gift in appreciation for shopping with me
- I cannot order you a new catalogue when they are released.
Customer Account Benefits
If you check out with an account, you will automatically receive the following benefits from me;
- You will receive a Thank you card from me, every month that you place an order
- You will also receive an appreciation gift from me. (Customer appreciation gifts will vary from month by month)
- When new catalogues are released, I will order one for you automatically. Each time a new catalogue is released, I will order/send a catalogue, to everyone who has placed an order with me in the past 6 months, absolutely FREE
Additional Account Benefits
Did you know that when you have an account, you can create “My Lists”? Personally, I love this feature. It is so easy to use. While you are browsing through all the amazing products, you can add ANY product to your lists just by clicking on the little heart beside the name. It sure makes it easier to find later.
Your personal lists could include (suggested) the following;
- I already own it
- Wish List – I want it
You choose how many lists to create and what you want to name them.
To view your lists, just click on the little heart in the top right corner of the store. This is where you will see your lists and all your personal account settings, which you can change or update at any time.
Shopping on a Mobile Device
Shopping on a mobile device is basically the same process. However, the screen shots I have provided above are from a PC (computer). If you are shopping on a mobile device, the overall look of my online store, may be slightly different.
For example, my name may appear at the bottom left corner instead of the top left corner. If you don’t see it, don’t worry about it, you can always add my name and host code, when you check out.
